  4. 4Pay onlineSecurely via Mollie. Your place is then certain and you receive a confirmation.

What does Tip of the month cost?

The price depends on the month and the site. You see it clearly while ordering, before you pay. Prices exclude VAT.

How many places are there?

There is a limited number of places per month and per site. Several owners can choose the same month, until the places are gone. Whoever reserves first is sure to be there.

On which sites can I appear?

Somebay.eu is always possible. You can choose vakantiebijbelgen.com and vakantiebijnederlanders.com if you indicated Belgian or Dutch nationality in your profile.

Which months can I choose?

Any month in the future, up to and including next year. You can also take several months at once.

When is my place certain?

After the online payment via Mollie. We hold a chosen month for you for about 15 minutes while you pay. Then you receive a confirmation and find the invoice in the portal.

Who can order it?

Every owner with an active property, so online and with a paid subscription.

Which month will be yours?

The places per month are limited. Reserve in time in the portal.
