Accessible for everyone
- We work towards WCAG 2.1 level AA.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard.
- The site comes in four languages.
- Stuck? Let us know.
1. Our aim
We want everyone to be able to search for and book a holiday, also with a disability. So we work towards the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, level AA.
2. What we do
Enough contrast between text and background, also for our pink accent colour.
Everything can be operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus.
Photos have a description, buttons and forms a clear name.
The site works in Dutch, French, English and German, and you can enlarge the text without anything getting lost.
3. What does not work well yet
Some parts may not yet work equally well with assistive technology. If you notice one, please let us know (see point 5).
4. Accessible stays
Looking for a stay without stairs or one that is wheelchair accessible? Feel free to ask the owner for details, with “Ask a question” on the page of the stay.
5. Noticed something?
Do you get stuck anywhere on our site? Let us know at support@somebay.eu. We reply as soon as we can and look for a solution together with you.
