Casa San Biagio is a detached, beautifully restored house. It is located at 450m altitude in the hills, near the town of Pergola. You therefore have a magnificent view over the Apennine mountains, the hills of Le Marche and on clear days you can even see the Adriatic Sea. Pergola is within 10 minutes by car. A charming town where you will find all the facilities you need for a wonderful holiday. Think of a supermarket, restaurants and of course a gelateria. The Adriatic Sea is within 30 minutes by car. Casa San Biagio has 4 apartments, namely Foglietti (2 persons), Chitarra (2-4 persons), Passatelli (2-4 persons) and Vincisgrassi (4-5 persons). The apartments have a spacious living room with a seating area with comfortable sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchen with the necessary facilities such as gas cooker, refrigerator and coffee maker. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. All apartments have their own entrance and their own terrace with a cosy seating area. In a central location in the garden there is a large communal terrace where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Marche landscape. The swimming pool is located in a nice quiet spot, has an outdoor shower and offers views over the hills of Le Marche. You have comfortable sunbeds at your disposal, beach towels are available for rent if required. Casa San Biagio is a place to unwind and enjoy all the beauty that Le Marche has to offer. With its beautiful nature, Le Marche is ideal for walkers and mountain bikers. But of course you can also spend time in the sun by the beautifully situated swimming pool or enjoy a glass of wine with a bite to eat in the cool shade under a tree. In short; La Dolce Vita.

Studio Foglietti is located on the ground floor on the lower side of the house, offering beautiful views over the hills of Le Marche. It is suitable for 2 people, with the possibility of adding a camping bed. In the front part of the studio there is a comfortable sofa, a dining area and a kitchen with the necessary facilities such as a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle and a Lavazza coffee machine. In the back part there is a spacious double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has the same character as the rest of the studio and is equipped with a sink, hairdryer, toilet and a spacious shower. Due to the many natural materials, such as the wooden beam ceiling and natural stone walls, it is a pleasant space to stay in. Outside there is a private terrace with beautiful views, where you can relax wonderfully. There is also a BBQ at your disposal. The stated prices are per night based on 2 people. The cost for an extra person is €15.00 per person per night (a child up to 1 year is not charged extra). There is a minimum stay of 2 nights.     Heerlijk vertoeven. En wat is het er mooi. Ook in de herfst. Het was een real Indian Summer. Pittoreske dorpjes in de omgeving. Uitzicht op bergen en het strand op een half uurtje met de auto.

Heerlijk vertoeven. En wat is het er mooi. Ook in de herfst. Het was een real Indian Summer. Pittoreske dorpjes in de omgeving. Uitzicht op bergen en het strand op een half uurtje met de auto.
