Molino La Ratonera

This beautiful old building was formerly the home of the mill owner, but had been standing empty for 15 years. It has now been restored while retaining many of the original features and offers luxury holiday accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. All the upstairs bedrooms have a wonderful view over the valley and feature high ceilings with wooden beams. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and on the same floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom. Downstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room and another room which is furnished to be used as a television room or extra bedroom with a double sofa bed. The large private terrace is accessible from the kitchen.

La Palomera offers accommodation for a maximum of four people; the house is completely single-level and is designed with good accessibility for guests with a disability. Through the double doors you enter the private terrace with a beautiful view over the river valley and olive groves. From the terrace you enter the main room which combines sitting, dining and kitchen areas. From the kitchen a hallway leads to the two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds) and the large bathroom. At the highest point the beamed ceiling is more than 4 meters, which helps keep this house cool in the middle of summer. The bedroom with double bed has a view over the olive groves. Also from the terrace an extra walk-through door leads to the bedrooms.

This two-bedroom apartment is located on the site of the old bakery, 2 floors above the lower mill. La Panadería offers accommodation for up to four people in two double bedrooms. The front doors open into the kitchen and the sitting/dining room which runs the full length of the apartment. At the end of the living space, the opening double doors provide access to a very private terrace with beautiful views over the river valley and the waterfall. At the front of the apartment there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The other bathroom in the house has a bath with shower and toilet.

This apartment is located on the site of the old grain storage facility, above the mill chamber of the lower mill. El Granero has two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. The spacious living/dining room and kitchen are open and open onto a large covered terrace with views of the waterfall. All windows overlook the lush river valley. The house is equipped for a maximum of four guests with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The terrace is a wonderful place to sit and watch the varied wildlife in the river and forests. The location, built into the rock and close to the river, ensures that this house stays refreshingly cool during the hot summer months.

This new two-storey house is based on the old shipyard kitchen, where meals were prepared for the 20 people who worked at the mill during its heyday. The new building has retained the size and style of the original, but has been moved a few metres. La Cocina comfortably accommodates two people. The house is entered on the upper floor where the kitchen and seating area are located. A wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months. Downstairs there is a bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower and bidet. French doors lead from the bedroom to the balcony with table and chairs.
