We are John and Saskia Paulussen and we provide holidays in a relaxed atmosphere.
Our house is located in Patergassen in the Gurktal – Carinthia. In this small village you will find within walking distance a baker, a Konditorei, a hairdresser, a bank and a large supermarket, the Billa.
Due to the convenient location of our accommodation, you can enjoy a snow-guaranteed holiday in winter.
In winter there are several ski areas nearby: Bad Kleinkirchheim at 8 minutes, and at 15 minutes the Falkert, Hochrindl, Gerlitzen and the Turracherhöhe.
Besides skiing and snowboarding, you can also enjoy other winter activities in the area such as cross-country skiing, ice skating, sledging, snow walks, etc.
In summer you can enjoy fantastic weather in this region as a result of warm air from Italy.
In summer there are various activities to do such as walks that start right at the door of Haus Alpentraum, mountain biking, paragliding, golfing on an 18-hole golf course just 5 minutes from our house, motorcycle riding, ape zoo, climbing park, summer toboggan run Nocky Flitzer, 2 thermal baths, a visit to a birds of prey show or to the various lakes in our area such as the Millstättersee, Ossiachersee and much more.
At various sports shops in the area you can rent your winter sports equipment, a bike or e-bike. We have a charging station for your e-bike.
