Gîtes de Marotte

Gîte "Le Grand Gîte de Marotte" In the heart of Provence, on our 20-hectare wine estate Domaine de Marotte on the north side of Carpentras, surrounded by vineyards, stands our well-equipped gîte "Le Grand Gîte de Marotte". This renovated "mas", with views of Mont Ventoux, our vineyards and the Dentelles de Montmirail, is fully equipped and suitable for 6 people. The gîte has a spacious kitchen-dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional separate toilet and a spacious utility room with washing machine. In front of the gîte is a spacious private courtyard (cour) with barbecue where you can enjoy meals in the shade, sheltered from the wind. The gîte also has a spacious, optionally heated, shared swimming pool of 14 x 7 m (with a diving board!). The poolhouse located by the swimming pool is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a sink and your own small fridge and glasses. There is also a boules court and ping-pong table and there are opportunities for picnic lunches on the estate. If desired, there is the possibility to also rent one of our other gîtes at the same location.

Gîte "Le Petit Gîte de Marotte" In the heart of Provence, on our 20-hectare wine estate Domaine de Marotte on the north side of Carpentras, surrounded by vineyards, stands our well-equipped gîte "Le Petit Gîte de Marotte". Le Petit Gîte de Marotte is a gîte for 2 people and has a balcony and its own terrace where you can enjoy lovely meals, even in the shade. The gîte is located on the first floor and is the neighbouring house to the gîte "Le Grand Gîte de Marotte". The house has a mezzanine with two beds of 90 x 200, 1 bathroom and a living area with kitchen. The gîte also has access to a spacious, optionally heated, shared swimming pool of 14 x 7 m (with diving board!). The poolhouse located by the swimming pool is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a sink and your own small fridge and glasses. There is also a pétanque court and ping pong table and there are opportunities for picnic lunches on the estate. If desired, there is also the possibility to rent one of our other gîtes at the same location.

Gîte "Le Mazet de Marotte" Nestled among our vineyards, 300 metres away from the estate buildings, is our Mazet. This is a very romantic 2-person holiday home. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a fantastic view, then this is an ideal holiday destination. We consider it no coincidence that the house was given the house number one thousand and one! The Mazet has its own private entrance from the road. The Mazet stands completely private, surrounded by vineyards with a fantastic view of Mont Ventoux. The garden flows into one of our most beautiful plots with the Viognier variety. There is a covered terrace where you can sit sheltered. The Mazet does not have a swimming pool, but it does have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In addition, guests of the Mazet may use the spacious, optionally heated, communal swimming pool (14 x 7 metres) on the Domaine. Furthermore, guests of the gîte Mazet can also use, from the end of the day onwards, the various tables set up at the wine estate, each offering a special view, for example of Mont Ventoux.

Gîte "Le Mas de Marotte" "Le mas de Marotte" is a fortified farmhouse built in the 16th century and converted in 2017 into a beautifully equipped gîte with modern comforts for 6 people. Both inside and outside the gîte, many original details have been preserved. The gîte features a spacious living area with adjoining kitchen, tv-lounge, 3 bedrooms (2 of which have en-suite bathrooms), 2 bathrooms, and 1 additional separate toilet. The gîte has its own wind-sheltered terrace on the south side and a large terrace on the east side of the house where you can enjoy sitting in the shade under the old chestnut trees. From the terrace you have a magnificent view over our vineyards, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Guests of the gîte have access to the spacious, heated if necessary, swimming pool (14 x 7 m) which is shared with any other guests of our gîtes. In addition, guests of the gîte can use the various tables set up between the vineyards and in the forest of the domain from the end of the day onwards. Each table offers a special view, for example of Mont Ventoux.
