'Vista Verde' is a newly built, modern furnished ground floor apartment with all amenities. It overlooks the beautiful communal garden and the peaceful location is fantastic! The beach of Ilha de Cabanas is just a 300-step walk away. You are also just a stone's throw from the beautiful boardwalk with restaurants and cosy shops. The Ria Formosa nature reserve is literally on your doorstep. Here you will absolutely find peace and quiet, enjoying sun, sea, beach and the beautiful surroundings. The apartment has a spacious terrace which adjoins a communal garden. From the living room and kitchen you look out onto this garden with its olive trees and oleanders. Hence the name: 'Vista Verde', which means: the 'Green View'. The apartment is modern and equipped with all amenities. The spacious, bright living room has a 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a TV with chromecast, bluetooth hifi set, a dining table for 4 people and air conditioning. Through a sliding door you can access the terrace where a 4-person garden set and 2 loungers are available. The spacious luxury kitchen is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances. For example: dishwasher, washing machine, convection oven, microwave, nespresso machine and fridge-freezer combination. There is also a pull-out table with 2 chairs. The bedroom has a double built-in wardrobe, a large sliding window with blackout curtains and a 180x200 box spring bed. Air conditioning is also available here. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, bathroom cabinet and a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower. The apartment has its own parking garage where you receive a reserved space. But there is plenty of free public parking around the complex. A ladies' and gentlemen's mountain bike are available for you, which are included in the rental price. The apartment is within walking distance (2 km) of the train station with the Faro-Vila Real de St° António line, so you don't need a rental car to enjoy the beautiful East Algarve. For golf enthusiasts it is a perfect holiday home, with 5 highly acclaimed golf courses within a radius of 20 km. But the beach, sea and nature lover, bird watcher or simply the seeker of peace will also feel at home here. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users, but because everything is on one level, people with mobility restrictions can stay here.
